A lot of women come in saying they’re awkward in photos, or that they don’t really love being in front of the camera. I don’t find that surprising at all. Most of us aren’t used to being looked at slowly, without pressure, without being told to smile or perform or “just relax.” That’s usually where things start to feel off.

My approach is very simple. We take our time. I guide you through it all so you’re never left wondering what to do, but I’m not forcing anything either. There’s room to settle in, breathe, move a bit, pause. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know what you want to look like. We'll figure it out together as we prepare for your session.

These sessions can be for creative portraits, headshots, maternity photos, or moments that just feel worth marking. There doesn’t have to be a big reason. If you’re looking for something relaxed, thoughtful, and a little more real than what you usually see, this is probably a good fit.
